Whole C is my vitamin tonic — Rosehip and Elderberry doing the heavy lifting for Vitamin C and antioxidants, with Elderflower easing those first sniffly-nose signs. Flush is your lymphatic reset: Dandelion Root, Burdock Root and Cleavers working together to help your body clear what it doesn't need. Remedy is what I make when someone in the house is coming down with something — Echinacea Root and Ginger Root doing the antibacterial, immune-boosting work, softened with Licorice Root and Spearmint. And NORA is my deeply mineral-rich blend of Nettle, Oatstraw, Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa and Rosehip — nourishing, restorative, and gentle enough to sip daily.

Each pouch is approx. 30g — enough for a proper taste before you decide what earns a spot in your pantry. Still in my home compostable packaging, because samples shouldn't cost the earth either.
