For the ones who take their tea with a splash of milk (or a big dollop of honey, or both). This bundle is a sampler of my four favourite milky brews — from delicate black tea to the chai I've been making for ten years.

Honey Meadow is a black tea made for my dear friend at Honey Meadow Homestead — open the pouch, and it's vanilla bean, rose petal and lavender first, then re-brew the pot for round two, and the hand-cut local orange comes through to greet you. Billy's Bush is named after my youngest; it's black tea done right — Ceylon Orange Pekoe with a whole vanilla bean, strawberry gum and roasted wattle seed for a nutty, honeyed depth. Honey or maple is a must here — just trust me. Wildflower Sticky Chai is soaked in raw wildflower honey and simmered the traditional way with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and fresh North Queensland ginger — I've been drinking this one for a decade. And my Ceremony Matcha rounds it out — a rich, grassy, shade-grown organic matcha from the Nishi family in Kyushu, beautiful whisked or blended into a latte.

Each pouch is approx. 30g, still in my home compostable packaging — a proper taste of milk-tea season before you pick your go-to.
