NORA is my pregnancy and mineral tea — Nettle, Oatstraw, Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa and Rosehip, nourishing you through conception, pregnancy and into recovery. Boobie picks up where NORA leaves off — a lactation blend of Raspberry Leaf, Nettle and Oatstraw for mum, with Fennel, Dill, Caraway and Aniseed traditionally used to ease baby's digestion too, softened with Chamomile. Remedy is there for when the sniffles hit the house (yours or theirs) — Echinacea and Ginger doing the immune work, the same herb I reach for at the first sign of a clogged duct or mastitis, and it's toddler and kid approved, so no need for two pots on the go. And my Rest Tea rounds it out for those nights you finally get to yourself — Valerian Root, Chamomile, Lavender and Lemon Balm to help you unwind and settle an overactive mind.

Each pouch is approx. 30g, still in my home compostable pouches — a taste-first way to work out which of these becomes part of your routine.
