A beautiful, fragrant black tea inspired by the wildflowers, gardens and honey bees of Honey Meadow Homestead.

I made this tea for a dear friend who happens to be Yandina Apotheca’s biggest fan. She is the woman who began Honey Meadow Homestead — a home to hundreds of thousands of honey bees who feast on wildflowers and all the flowers in her garden.

Honey Meadow was created for the woman who craves the most delicious black tea with creamy milk and honey, but also for the woman who wants a beautiful cup of tea that needs nothing added at all.

Upon opening the pouch, you'll be greeted by the most beautiful perfume of vanilla bean, rose petal and lavender, followed by the bright citrus of locally grown orange.

Meet the Botanicals

Black Tea
Rich, full-bodied and naturally invigorating, black tea provides the deep, malty foundation of Honey Meadow. It brings gentle natural caffeine and a beautiful depth that makes this tea equally suited to a slow morning cup or an afternoon pot.

Vanilla Bean
Soft, creamy and naturally sweet, vanilla bean brings warmth and richness to the blend. Its familiar sweetness makes Honey Meadow especially delicious with milk and a little honey, while allowing the tea to remain beautifully balanced when enjoyed black.

Rose Petal
Fragrant and delicate, rose adds a soft floral note and a gentle sweetness to the cup. Rose has a long history in traditional herbalism and brings a beautiful feminine quality to this otherwise rich black tea.

Lavender
A little lavender goes a long way. Its distinctive floral aroma gives Honey Meadow its dreamy, perfumed character, complementing both the vanilla and rose without overpowering the black tea.

Orange
Local spray-free or organic orange is hand selected, hand cut and hand dried over 2–3 days. The orange peel brings brightness and natural citrus oils to the blend. On the first brew, you'll notice the soft floral notes of vanilla, rose and lavender; when you re-brew your teapot, more of the beautiful citrus comes forward.
